To address the shortage of essential services such as elderly care, orphanages, and vocational training, Shepherd of Egypt is developing Shepherd of Egypt City in El Minya, Egypt. This ambitious project, spanning 10.5 acres, will house 21 interconnected facilities.

The development is planned over five phases. Phase one focuses on immediate needs, including an elderly home, guesthouse, recreational facilities, and craft training centre. Subsequent phases expand the guesthouse, establish rehabilitation centres, orphanages, and educational spaces. The final phases complete the elderly home, orphanage, and construct a comprehensive hospital with various medical services. The foundation's vision is to create a model city providing holistic support to vulnerable populations.
